Sarah Rome
Having grown up in the US, Canada, and the UK, Sarah came to Amsterdam in 2012 for her studies in the Liberal Arts and Sciences, followed by a master’s in Media & Film Studies. Most of her filmmaking experience has since been focused on freelance video editing, camera assistance, and on-set production assistance. One of her favourite recent experiences was completing a 2-month filmmaking training at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles. When not thinking about film, she loves to talk about languages, Japanese culture, science fiction, swing band jazz, and cats.

Jackeline Peralta Villar
Filmmaker and Content Creator. Back in her home country, Peru, she went to Journalism school for 2 years then moved to Paris where she got a diploma in French Culture and Civilization at Paris 3 Sorbonne Nouvelle University and a bachelor degree in Film studies at Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint Denis University. She wrote and directed her debut film “La bouteille cassée” (2016, Paris), filmed and produced the documentary “Ellis in Wonderland” (2016, New York), animated the lyric video “Never End” (2017, Peru & U.S.A) in collaboration with 3 american musicians and participated as Production Designer for the shortfilm “Lights are on” (2019, Amsterdam). She speaks Spanish, French and English fluently and is now learning Dutch since she moved to Amsterdam in 2019. She loves writing, travelling, drawing and learning new things.

Celeste Franco
Celeste (Argentina), is a bachelor in Social Communication and Journalism, with a television specialization who has directed her first documentary "Rancul, una historia de trabajo", (Rancul, a work story) in 2011. Since then she kept on producing and developing small and large scale projects such as “La Higuerita” (2015). Likewise, she has produced all sorts of television shows in Córdoba, and in 2016 she moved to The Netherlands, where she has established herself as a freelancer within Ay Caramba Productions, encouraging herself to continue in the documentary industry.

Kristof Bauer
A recent immigrant in Amsterdam, Kristof Bauer is a freelance videographer. He started his career as a security policy analyst (BSc in Hungary 🇭🇺), but quickly found out that what he’s really passionate about is film and making videos. He’s been an entrepreneur since 2017, first starting out making aerial videos mainly for industrial applications and weddings, and then transitioned into a full production team. He moved to Amsterdam in the spring of 2019, and since then he’s been building his company, ATLAS Videography. In his free time he loves travelling to exciting, new places and gaming.

Sofia Murell
Sofía was born and raised in Uruguay, but now she is living in "sunny" Amsterdam. With a background in films, she is involved in short productions as a producer and director’s assistant. Besides this, Sofía enjoys writing and she does that in various blogs but especially in her blog about world cinema. In her free time, Sofía watches films and travels, indulging in those delicious world cuisines. She is also an active member of CinemAsia Film Festival since 2015 and an avid language learner.

Ella Betts
Ella Bets was born in England, but arrived in the Netherlands in 2019. She graduated Bournemouth university in 2018, with a BA Hons in TV production. She has previously worked as an actress/assistant producer on the Nollywood feature film Lost in London. After this she went on to work with the location team for the film ‘Dunkirk’. In her career so far she has worked with a couple of production companies. She has done various wedding videos and photography, but her biggest passion is in food documentaries. She is now working at Breda University. Her dream is to one day work on Masterchef Australia and meet Gary, Matt and George. Her passions other than filming include skiing, cooking and climbing.
